Bark Easy Pet Grooming reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. The following are the policies and procedures of Bark Easy Pet Grooming (hereinafter referred to as BEPG).
Cancellation Policy
BEPG requires 48 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Cancelling within 48 hours of an scheduled services will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the normal charge for these services. If you are unable to contact BEPG to cancel your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the full price of the missed appointment.
Appointments
Appointments are required for any grooming service. You can make an appointment by calling or texting us at 603-465-2113.
12 Week Policy
BEPG requires all dogs requiring haircuts and all dogs with long and or double coats to be kept on a grooming schedule with a maximum of 12 weeks between grooming appointment with us. At our discretion, we will require dogs to be kept on a grooming schedule with a shorter time period between grooms.
Late Drop-Off Policy
Dropping off your pet more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and will result in a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled services and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Late Pick-Up Policy
BEPG requires your pet to be picked up within 1 hour of notification of completion of service unless otherwise arranged, and before closing time. Pets that are not picked up within this time frame will be subject to a boarding fee of $25 per hour within regular business hours, and $60 per hour outside of business hours.

At Bark Easy, we love all dogs but unfortunately can only take a limited number of certain large breed dogs. This includes:
For the large breed dogs that we do groom, we require that a regular schedule be maintained as it takes extra time and effort to groom these dogs. This makes it easier on your pet to keep them looking good, maintain a healthy coat and encourage safe behavior for grooming.
